Solidarity Mental Health, PLLC is a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Many patients choose direct-pay care because it allows for longer appointments, greater diagnostic precision, and more individualized treatment planning without the restrictions often required by insurance companies.​ Upon request, we provide a detailed superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

The initial psychiatric evaluation is a comprehensive 90-minute appointment designed to provide diagnostic clarity and a structured treatment plan. This evaluation includes an in-depth review of psychiatric history, medical contributors, executive functioning patterns, and lifestyle factors to ensure accuracy and thoughtful treatment recommendations.

The fee for the initial evaluation is $400. Follow-up appointments are $175.

As a direct-pay practice, appointments are intentionally structured to allow for:

We offer reduced-fee appointments based on financial need. New patients may call (425) 331-9003 to schedule or book through the website. Appointments are available within a few days.

For telehealth appointments, you will receive a secure video link via email. Please log in 5–10 minutes early to ensure a smooth start. A valid photo ID is required for identity verification. If you have questions before your appointment, you may contact the patient line provided at the time of booking.
