Do you accept my health insurance?
No, we do not accept any health insurances directly. We accept direct pay only. We do provide payment receipts, known as a superbill, for patients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider.

I filled out the Request an Appointment form, what comes next?
Expect to receive a phone call in the next 2-3 days to discuss your case and needs. If you are an appropriate match, you will be scheduled for your first appointment with Dr. Renia.
​​How do I prepare for my first appointment?
After your appointment has been booked, you will receive an email with an invitation to your patient portal. Please register and make an account. Within your patient portal, you will find the initial patient paperwork. The patient paperwork must be completed and submitted prior to your scheduled appointment time. If your appointment is via telemedicine, you will receive an email with a link for your online appointment. Please arrive early (5-10 minutes) to allow for log in. Also, be prepared with your ID card for identification verification. If you have questions prior to your appointment, you may text the patient line given to you at your booking time.
